Chantal Griffin is a certified real estate appraiser specializing in appraisals of Single Family Residences, Condominiums and 2-4 Multi Unit properties in San Francisco and Marin Counties.

Griffin Appraisals produces accurate and credible reports using state of the art technology, multiple databases, extensive research and field experience. We recognize and respect each client’s individual and unique needs as well as the particular nuances of every property which only qualified and experienced appraisers can do.
