Request for Proposal
BUILDERS: Have you been struggling to connect to the subs and vendors you need to make your project go smoothly?
HOME/PROPERTY OWNERS: Have you been challenged to find an available contractor to help with a maintenance issue or renovation project?

In order to submit an effective Request for Proposal (RFP), please follow the instructions below.
Send an email to mba@marinbuilders.com with "Request for Proposal" in the subject line and include the following information in the body of the email while providing as much detail as possible:
- A brief summary of your project (5 lines or less). Please include a budget range if you have one.
- A list of the categories of business types you want contacted. Please refer to our Membership Directory for the categories we feature.
- An address or neighborhood of the project site.
- The name, email address and phone number of who you would like to be contacted. Please also indicate your preferred contact method (phone or email).
Once the email has been sent, we will share your project out within 3 business days and encourage all interested/available vendors to contact you directly.
Please Note: Marin Builders Association is not responsible for verifying project details or coordinating any next steps. We cannot guarantee a response to your inquiry. We provide this service only to enhance the efficiency of your outreach.
